Walking Dead Survival Instinct Review
By Faraz
The Walking Dead Survival Instinct is a prequel of the show The Walking Dead. This game has a great idea, but I felt that they were rushing to make this game in stores shelf. There was like one hundred zombies that look exactly the same. Another thing about the zombies is that they are too dumb and really easy to kill. The maps look exactly the same, but they only change a little bit. This game was supposed to be open world, but sadly it is not. Some places are blocked so you can’t pass. There are some good thing in this game like getting a new car and how many people you could fit in the car. You find survivors that will come with you if you do them a favor. You would have a decision if you do what they want and then they come with you or you don’t do the thing that they want and they won’t come with you. A bad thing about the survivors is that they are basically useless because if you want them to bring food or fuel and you equip them well they bring in two pieces of food or fuel each and they are severely injured. So you have to give them your food or their food that they got from the mission. It doesn’t really matter if they die because what they do and how it is just a waste. In the show it is about the survivors and how they deal each other, but in this game it doesn’t even matter. The worst of all is that Daryl brother Merle is barely in this game. He doesn’t even count as a person in the car! Merle only has eight lines in the whole game and that is it! The ending does not even say the prequel of the story; it is like they are going to make another game about the real prequel. This game has one of the best zombie game ideas, but they just don’t know how to use it. This game really rushed and it forces me to give this game 4.0 out of 10.00 that means it is bad.

Lego City Undercover Review by Faraz
Lego games might seem like a joke for you, but this game is unlike the other Lego games. This game is only on Wii U, but soon going to make a game like this on 3ds. It starts with a cop named Chase McCain who returned to Lego City finding that Rex Fury, the antagonist, had escaped. Due to that, he has to go undercover to find and arrest Rex to save Lego City again. This game is like GTA (Grand Theft Auto) in some ways, but Lego City Undercover is original by its humor. Most of the jokes they throw at you are funny, but some are not. The storyline is good, but some missions are made just to make the game longer. The storyline is also long, but it only takes two or three weeks, in my experience, to play through the game. One of the problems that annoy everyone, though, is that the loading screens take at least two or more minutes. Another bad thing is that when you are done with the story you can only do some side missions, or replay missions. Also, there is no multiplayer or co-op play in Lego City Undercover.
In this game, you can use the gamepad of the Wii U as one of the five scanners, and also as a map. When you walk around you might find a super brick and costumes. You have to gather up bricks to build something like a call-in-point and a super brick is 1,000 bricks. There is also a mega brick that is 10,000 bricks. You can go around the town and find a costume that you have unlocked and you can buy with studs. You can unlock the cars by build a call-in-point. Although this game has a few flaws, the great storyline and gameplay makes me award Lego City Undercover a 7.0 out of 10.0.
