The man has a scheduled court date on May 22, 2013. Investigators from Germanys health Department have inspected the factory after the court date was. They scheduled predict that the bat somehow got sealed in the plastic wrapping inside the box and then died in there. Many cases of this have been reported around Europe. In England a woman finds a live frog in a sealed salad package, A Russian man finds a chicken head in a frozen roasted chicken meal. In the USA a woman found moth larvae in her M&M's. A man in the USA found a factory gear in his pint of ice-cream. Lastly in the USA, someone found a mouse in a Monster drink energy drink. Does this make you wonder where our food is packaged?
